I bought this to control Somfy awnings. Set up was easy and it works - sort of. Yes i can control the awning by my smart phone however it takes for 10 seconds for the command to reach the awning. So if you want to set it at a certain location it becomes difficult. Additionally up and down/stop buttons are extremely small and I see no reason for that. At my age a little harder to see. Unable to get it connected to Amazon as it and have found skills difficult to use. So it works but - not great for my products.

Setting up the hub was a breeze, and the neo smart blinds app is very intuitive and user-friendly. I was able to connect all of my motorized blinds to the hub in just a few minutes, and now I can control them all with just a few taps on my smartphone. The hub is allowing me to control my blinds individually or as a group. I can easily set schedules for them to open and close automatically.Overall, I cannot recommend this smart blinds hub highly enough. It has truly transformed the way I live and made my home a more comfortable and convenient place to be. Five stars all the way!

We experienced issues with our internet service so I have not yet connected the hub. However, we had contacted customer service about the the item and they were very helpful and quick to resolve the issue.

I bought the Smart Bridge when the hub I was using for my Smith and Noble blinds abruptly stopped working. Shipping was super fast. I needed tech support in the set up process and it was unnecessarily difficult to obtain. I had to send an online form, get a response that didn't answer my question, and wait two days to finally hear from someone who could help me. Very frustrating! But in the end I got the blinds connected, the bridge is far superior to the hub from Smith and Noble, and the app is very easy to use.

Background: I purchased Smith & Noble motorized shades (Simplicity motors) in 2021. Through their app, I had the ability to schedule automated events. It worked beautifully until Smith & Noble was acquired by another blind company in Spring 2025. At that point, the app stopped working. When I attempted to update the app, I found it had been deleted from the Play Store. I depended on the automation, so I searched and found this GoSmart Bridge Hub. It's exactly what I needed!The step-by-step instructions in the Neo app made for an easy setup using my existing S&N remote control. Favorite positions for all 6 shades were maintained from the original S&N setup. Scheduling automation is very simple. Integration with Google Home has been flawless. I'm one happy customer. Bravo, GoSmart !

We purchased Smith&Noble blinds 4-5 years ago and were very happy with them. Unfortunately, S&N was purchased by another company (3 Day Blinds) and the new company elected not to support the S&N hub -- one day without warning, it just stopped working. Figured out what was going on with 3 Day and found the Go Smart hub on Amazon. Setup was obvious and pretty effortless, and the whole system is up and working again. On top of that, the hub itself is much smaller and more attractive, AND appears to be much more efficient (with S&N, sometimes a single blind would refuse to move). The app that runs the whole thing is well designed and simple to use. I'm very satisfied and would recommend the hub without reservation.

I'm using this to control several Somfy shades, and it seems to be working well. Initially during setup, it kept dropping wifi, but after a few attempts, it worked and hasn't dropped since.One significant drawback of Alexa and Google control is that there is no stop option to stop the shades part way down and no way to use the memory preset position. The App does allow these things, but it doesn't carry to Alexa.

At a previous residence I used an earlier version of this device to control motorized shear shades. It worked flawlessly for 5 years. The old shades and controller remained with the house. I bought the same type of shades for the new house and, given my past experience, bought this device again. It has excellent range. I tucked it away in my WiFi closet and have no trouble controlling the shades which are disbursed throughout the house. The Neo Smart Blinds app is a breeze to use. The setup instructions are excellent. Scheduling automated events is simple and intuitive.Note: I bought my blinds from Select Blinds. They sell a controller called the SelectConnect Bridge. I ended up returning that device due to limited control range and an App that failed to provide the scheduled automation I needed.

The device and app are easy to install, and pairing is even simpler than with my blind dealer's hub. The device has an excellent operating range and is very efficient. The application is simple, clear and efficient, and offers almost instant reaction time on the blinds.
The only downside for now is that the integration with Google Home isn't quite perfect. There's a longer delay and it's impossible for me to set the exact position I want, despite the fact that the percentage option is available. An improvement in this area would win that missing 5th star.

I was looking for a solution on controlling my blinds through my phone and I’m glad I stumbled across this website. Cindy and the team assessed my current remote and blinds, suggested this product and provided me with a detailed video tutorial on how to set it up. I haven’t tried all the features in the app yet, but the functionality of opening and closing my blinds through my phone works really well!

This product performance is superior than Smith and Noble’s Controller. First off if you have Smith and Noble blind and want to automate them. Do not by Smith and Noble’s controller. With Smith and Nobles controller some blinds will open and some will not the same thing when you have the blinds set to close say at night. Some blind will close some will not. Smith and Noble was saying it is the signal in my house. Maybe true maybe not.Well this Neo’s controller is so far flawless and its performance has been outstanding. Opening and closing at the scheduled times it also has sunrise and sunset, which Smith and Noble does not have. You would have to program it through Alex in order to get that functionality. I had Neo once before, but upgraded my blinds and at the time Neo did not support Bidirectional signals and now they do!Neo made my year with their upgraded controller.

The product was very helpful by connecting different shades companies remotes and make them smart, better price than tahoma

Purchased an outdoor motorized sun shade and they wanted an additional $450 to add WiFi capability. Added neo smart blind for significant savings and can now use Alexa to open and close since the remote is outside.

Setup 3 blinds to close when the Movie scene is on. And open at sunrise and close at sunset.Very happy with the hub.

Easy to pair with Sunsetter awnings. Neo app controls the awning without delay. Great addition. Alexa integration too.

I have this on the my blinds in our rooms so we can open them up during the day and close them at night.

I found this hub for about $80 less than the Somfy TaHoma hub so I thought I would try it. The setup was very easy following the included instructions. It works well with Echo devices. The only suggestion I would make is to set up different ROOMS for each screen you have for better control through Alexa. The company even reached out to me to make sure that I did not have any problems setting it up.

The only negative I have is that when you go to operate you can not tell if your blind is up or down. Would be nice to know what position the blind is currently in and be able to watch operation. The tech department is first class

I've been looking for a way to convert my blindster.com "dumb" motorized blinds to smart blinds for a while now to no avail. I've tried the broadlink (doesn't work, don't waste your time), and explored a few other options without success (bond bridge, etc).The Go Smart Bridge arrived yesterday and I couldn't wait to give it a shot. I plugged it in, connected to wifi, went through the setup in the neo smart blinds app to add one of my blindster blinds and it worked!I then added all 8 of the motorized cellular blindster.com blinds around my house, and quite to my surprise the Go Smart Bridge is able to control all of them from one central location in my house, for blinds on all 3 levels of the house!Now I can finally live that dream I've had since I was a kid, "hey Google, let's watch a movie." *Turns off lights, turns on projector, closes blinds*This device is a bit spendy, but it's FAR cheaper to get blindster blinds and pair them with this hub than getting true smart blinds. If you have blindster motorized blinds you will love being able to control them from your phone, or on a schedule (I've always wanted my shades to open as an alarm clock in the morning!), or using your favorite voice assistant. Woohoo!

Purchased to have voice control via Alexa for our Simplicity bedroom roller shade. Works flawlessly. Quick and easy setup. Tried a couple of other RF controllers with no luck. Finally decided to bite-the-bullet and get the Neo hub. No regrets

Its a bit pain to setup, i think thats because the blinds have such poor documentation. A youtube video is what came to help finally. Seller has strong communication. Pay important attention to the setup code which is shared in the video seller has.
