Warranty
Go Smart Blinds offers a 3-year limited warranty on all custom blinds products, and 1-year warranty on the accessories.
This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, so long as the product was installed in accordance with the installation instructions. It also covers all the internal mechanisms, including the brackets.
If we find your product has a defect, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the unit at no charge to you. If a particular part is defective, we will send you a replacement part.

Custom blinds and motors are covered for 3 years. A replacement for the defective item will be mailed to you free of charge. After 3 years, replacements are available for purchase, plus shipping. |
Accessories |
The GoSmart Bridge, remote controls, BLUELINK, wands and solar panels are covered for 1 years. A replacement smart controller will be mailed to you free of charge. After 1 year, a replacement can be purchased with a 30% discount, plus shipping. |
Curtain Track System |
The 3-year warranty for the track system includes the track not sliding open/closed. This does not include breakage of track systems due to misuse. A replacement track will be mailed to you free of charge. After 3 years, replacements are available for purchase, plus shipping. |
Cassette and Bottom Rod |
Up to 3 years: Cassette and bottom rail will be replaced at no cost. If the headrail or bottom rail is over 90" wide, an additional $70 oversize fee will be charged. |
Fabric |
Fabric is covered for 3 years. In cases of fabric defect, replacement fabric and components will be mailed to you free of charge. After the first 3 years, normal wear & tear is applicable to the durability of the fabric. The fabric will be remade at a discount. Contact us for more information. |
Extend to 5-Year Limited Warranty
The 5-year Limited Warranty comes optionally for purchase with every blind. This warranty is extended to you, the original purchaser only, and for the original window in which it was installed.

Don’t like the fabric or color |
Custom-made products cannot be returned. Ordering a sample of the fabric will allow you to determine whether it is the exact hue you require. |
Please note that there is still the possibility of minor colour variations between dye batches. Therefore, it is recommended to purchase all blinds that share the same fabric at one time. |
Want to change or cancel the order |
Cancellations and changes can only be made up to 24 hours following order placement. |
Due to the nature of custom-made products, they cannot be resold. Please double-check your measurements and other specifications before placing your order. |
You have overeager children or naughty pets who have caused fabric damage |
